1. Who we are and how to reach us
This website is operated by BOOST YOUR BUSINESS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17448452, whose registered office is at 1 Hill Farm House, Hill Farm House, Much Wenlock, United Kingdom, TF13 6QH. We trade as Colin MB Cooper.

Where these terms say “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean BOOST YOUR BUSINESS LTD. Where they say “you”, they mean you.
2. These terms
By using this website you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the site.
Part A covers using the website. Part B covers buying from us, and applies whenever you purchase a course, membership, coaching programme or speaking engagement. Part C applies to everyone.
3. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. When we do, we’ll change the version number and date at the top.
If a change affects an order you’ve already placed or a programme you’re already enrolled on, we’ll tell you before it takes effect and you can end the contract and get a refund for anything you’ve paid for and not received. We won’t change the terms of a contract that’s already running without telling you.
Changes to Part A that affect only your use of the free parts of the website take effect when we publish them.
4. Our content
Everything on this website belongs to us or to whoever licensed it to us. That includes text, images, video, course material, frameworks, downloadable resources, the site’s design and our name and logo.
You may: read it, print or download extracts for your own personal or internal business use, quote from it with attribution, and share links to it.
You may not, without our written permission: republish it, sell it, sub-licence it, teach or train from it commercially, present it as your own, or reproduce it systematically.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, which permits certain uses including quotation, criticism, review, news reporting and private study.
5. Content you give us
If you post a comment, submit coursework, or send us a message, you keep ownership of it.
You give us permission to store it and to use it as needed to run the service and deliver your programme.
If we want to use your words publicly in marketing, a book, a talk or a case study, we’ll ask you separately and get your agreement in writing at the time. We won’t take that right through these terms.
You confirm that anything you post is yours to post, and that it isn’t unlawful, defamatory or infringing. We may remove content that breaches this and, where the breach is serious or repeated, suspend your account.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but we don’t guarantee it. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it, and we’ll give reasonable notice where we can.
7. Linking to us
You’re welcome to link to any page on this site, provided you do it fairly and don’t suggest we endorse you where we don’t. We may ask you to remove a link, and if we do, you should.
We’re not responsible for websites we link to. A link isn’t an endorsement.
Part B: Buying from us
8. What we sell
- Online courses, one-off purchases giving access to digital content
- Memberships, giving ongoing access for a recurring fee
- Coaching and consulting, delivered live
- Speaking engagements, usually under a separate written agreement which takes precedence over these terms
9. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the relevant page, in the currency stated at checkout. Where VAT applies, it’s shown at checkout before you pay.
If you’re buying from outside the UK, your bank or card issuer may add conversion or transaction charges. Those are between you and them.
We take payment through Stripe and PayPal. Payment is due in full before access begins, unless we’ve agreed a payment plan in writing.
If a payment plan instalment fails, we’ll tell you and give you 14 days to put it right before we suspend access.
10. Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you an order confirmation by email, not when you click the button.
If we can’t accept your order we’ll tell you and refund you in full.
If we’ve made an obvious pricing error and you could reasonably have spotted it, we don’t have to supply at the wrong price.
11. Your right to cancel: digital content
You normally have 14 days from the day after your order confirmation to cancel and get a full refund. This is your legal right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Immediate access. If you want access to a course straight away, we’ll ask you at checkout to:
- expressly consent to us starting to supply the digital content within the 14 day period, and
- acknowledge that once supply begins you lose your right to cancel.
We’ll confirm both in your order confirmation email.
If you agree to both, you lose the cancellation right once we give you access. If you don’t, we’ll wait until the 14 days have passed before giving you access, and you keep the right.
To cancel, email [email protected] or use the model cancellation form at the end of these terms. Telling us clearly is enough. We’ll refund within 14 days of being told, using the same payment method.
12. Your right to cancel: coaching and live services
You have 14 days from the day after your order confirmation to cancel.
If you ask us to start within those 14 days, you may still cancel, but we can charge you for what we’ve already delivered, in proportion to the whole.
Rescheduling. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. With less notice, or if you don’t attend, the session counts as delivered. We’ll extend the same courtesy in reverse: if we reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, you get the session back plus one additional session.
13. Memberships
Memberships renew automatically for successive periods equal to your initial subscription period, until you cancel.
Before you subscribe we’ll tell you clearly: the price, what you get, how often you’ll be charged, the minimum term if there is one, and how to cancel.
Before each renewal we’ll email you a reminder at least 14 days in advance, telling you the renewal date and the amount, and how to cancel if you’d rather not continue.
To cancel, use the cancel link in your account or email [email protected]. Cancelling is a single step and we won’t route you through a retention process. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for. You keep access until then. We don’t refund part-periods unless we’ve got something wrong.
If we raise the price, we’ll give you at least 30 days notice and you can cancel before it takes effect.
14. Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Services must be performed with reasonable care and skill, within a reasonable time, and for a reasonable price where none was agreed.
Nothing in these terms affects those rights. If something we’ve supplied doesn’t meet that standard, tell us and we’ll repair it, replace it or refund you as the law requires.
15. What we don't promise
We don’t guarantee results. Our courses, coaching and materials are educational. What you get out of them depends on your situation, your market and what you do with them. Any figures, case studies or examples illustrate what’s been possible, not what you should expect.
We don’t give regulated advice. Nothing we publish or teach is financial, legal, medical, tax or psychological advice. It doesn’t replace a qualified professional who knows your circumstances. Where a decision matters, take proper advice on it.
This section doesn’t limit our liability for anything set out in section 16.
16. Our liability to you
We don’t exclude or limit our liability where the law doesn’t allow it. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of the terms implied by sections 31, 47 and 57 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and for anything else that can’t lawfully be excluded.
If we’re liable for something, we’re responsible for loss you suffer that’s a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We’re not responsible for loss that isn’t foreseeable.
Subject to the first paragraph of this section, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or £500.
If you’re buying as a business, we’re not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of anticipated savings, and the limit above applies to all claims taken together.
We’re not liable for delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control, but if it goes on for more than 30 days you can end the contract and we’ll refund what you’ve paid for anything undelivered.
Part C: Everything else
17. Ending the contract
You can end a membership at any time under section 13, or cancel under sections 11 and 12 where those apply.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms materially and don’t put it right within 14 days of us asking, if you don’t pay, or if you behave abusively towards us or another participant. We’ll tell you why, and we’ll refund anything you’ve paid for and not received unless the reason is your material breach.
When your access ends, download anything you want to keep. We’ll keep your data for the periods set out in our Privacy Policy and then delete it.
18. Your data
We handle personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
Marketing is separate from buying. We’ll only email or text you marketing if you’ve asked us to, or where you’ve bought from us and we’re telling you about similar things. Either way, every message has an unsubscribe, and text messages stop when you reply STOP. Saying no to marketing has no effect on what you’ve bought.
19. Complaints
If something’s gone wrong, email [email protected]. We’ll acknowledge within 3 working days and aim to resolve it within 28 days.
If we can’t resolve it between us, and you bought online, you can also raise the matter with your card issuer or payment provider. We don’t currently subscribe to an alternative dispute resolution scheme, and we’re not obliged to.
20. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you’re a consumer, this doesn’t take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may be able to bring proceedings in your own country’s courts.
21. General
Transfer. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to someone else, and we’ll tell you if we do. You may not transfer yours without our written agreement.
Third parties. Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
Severability. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
Delay isn’t waiver. If we don’t insist on something straight away, that doesn’t stop us insisting on it later.
Entire agreement. These terms, plus your order confirmation and any separate written agreement for speaking or consulting, are the whole agreement between us. Where a separate signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins.
Model cancellation form
Complete and return this only if you want to cancel. You don’t have to use this form. An email saying you want to cancel is enough.
